Rescue an Abandoned Dog Starving For Days with His Neck Chained. This poor sick abandoned dog was found
on the street of Mexico. He was chained to his neck, breathing weakly in the middle of his feces, did not eat for days. He was rescue by a local rescuer group. He was hungry, thirsty, can not stand and in a terrible condition. Thanks God for the life of the rescuers, that everything they give in blessings be returned to them.
