3. GIVE PAIN MEDICATIONS. Don't pretend to be helping relieve the puppy's suffering, and then do some procedure with no pain meds on board. The puppy should be given pain meds around the clock.

He can’t be in a small cage especially with his anal incision the way it is come on people you call this a rescue video did you even put him on antibiotics or I’ve medication for dehydration which he would be susceptible to because of his medical issues

7. There's something wrong with this. The puppy is several weeks old. It would not have survived without an anus for even a couple of days.

12. Butchers! Cutting a digs asshole open with a scalpel while she's awake. All that green coming out if her vagina is an infection. She probably has a fissure. It's supposed to be done while she's asleep. Cut and sewed to the outerskin. This is horrible. She would be better off euthanized. She's in constant pain and straining to poop.

14. I'm so sad for this puppy. It just seems strange that it's just NOW having surgery? How has it survived from when it was born?
    I cant help wondering if this Homeless Paws is legitimate. I googled but found nothing. I hope I'm wrong but suddenly I'm getting a lot of these videos with animals in extreme, horrible conditions. This is so stressful because these animals have clearly been suffering for some time where people must see them but do nothing???!!!

30. Oh dear Goodness I couldn’t watch it all I suffered from kidney failure due to lupus countless surgeries and dialysis procedures plus chemo treatments twice . I just had surgery on my old dialysis access site to remove a blood clot and I had to ask to be completely out so I didn’t have a seizure and especially feel any pain! I am barely recovering from surgery this was hard to see and hear the level of pain this puppy ? was enduring and I know some people who cannot get the same treatments but this is too hard to watch ???
