My family found a small 13 or 14 year old dog in the snow drift and we thought it was dead. We took it in and approximately two years later he passed away. We did our best but he had severe brain damage from lack of oxygen when it was outside during the winter. I am praying that cat is fine. The thing is we need to treat all animals the same way regardless if we like them or not. If you can give them shelter when its winter. Give them food all the time as you wod a child. Play with them if they let you.
Poor baby.. all of Gods creation are just babies…:(
