A word about the real estate Industry: every state has it's own requirements. Michigan does not require college classes, only a 40 hrs professional course and passing a licensing test. BUT in most states, real estate agents are considered "independent contractors ", which means they are only commission based, no taxes are withheld from their pay, they receive no benefits, etc.. so an agent making 30,000 will need to send in 10,000 in taxes (roughly). And agents pay all their own expenses upfront. Show a couple 40 houses over a year on your time and gas, only to have them buy from a different agent? Too bad, it happens. It all depends on hustle, connections and networking. I'm going to advice to be prepared to work it HARD for 5 years before you start making a dependable, living wage. I've been office manager at a large independent real estate office, and I make more money than several agents (and I'm broke). Your office environment can be cut throat too – "I talked to that person 6 months ago," "We shop at the same store", "We are shirt tale cousins ", etc. Not for the faint of heart!
Also have an associates degree! ? Well, two of them technically, but I don’t make six figures.???♀️ Tech me your ways! Lol. As an ultrasound tech I see a whole lot of balls as well. Yep. Those balls. ???
What do you do for a living? Did you say you work in a doctor's office? My husband works for the Railroad, he's a Supervisor, makes good money and awesome Health Insurance, he only has a high school diploma. He started at the bottom and worked his way up.
Great video – so nice to know how many opportunities are out there! Question – Will you go back to doing your monthly budget breakdowns? Now that you are a homeowner I think it would be great – that has been a big challenge for me – budgeting for the unexpected and all the costs involved in home ownership.
Awesome!!… i have never worked for a company, been investing in financial assets for years now and i can boast its been working for me. Last year i reached my proudest financial milestone amassing over $300,000 in profit. this year is going to be even mega!
I have heard that the oil and gas (fracking) industries are an area with amazing high earning jobs, even with just a high school diploma if you are willing to do manual labor. Obviously having an engineering degree in that field can be a very profitable career field.

RNs are not on a associate degree. Most hospitals require a Bach. degree plus your nursing programs. LVNs use to be on a associate degree but these days hospitals are not even hiring LVNs
It just dawned on me that most Railroad jobs are also high paying and only require a hs diploma. Speaking from experience on this one ?
Sorry But some of this information is not accurate. Please do your research
For RNs, they need several prerequisite courses (typically at community college) prior to getting into a RN program. And then they have to pay for nursing school, which is an RN "degree", and then pay for and pass exams and licensing fees. More and more hospitals are now requiring bachelors level RN degrees to even be hired (and your pay will be much better if you have the 4 yr degree).
Similarly for Paralegals, those quick certificate programs are really not held in high esteem by attorneys looking to hire someone. They (and the American Bar Association recommends) at minimum an associates degree and most good law firms are going to want a bachelors degree level of training. There is a lot of movement towards official testing and licensing of paralegals.
I only have personal experience with those two areas due to my job and my dad being a lawyer. And I have a friend who did one of the 2 yr paralegal training programs and had a lot of difficulty getting hired (she didn't have real experience or the knowledge base) and found that she could make more money working as an aesthetician doing eyelash extensions – which was literally a weekend course.

I did very well as a Prestige Car Painter, also started to buy cars and do them up and sell for good profits and was able to retire at 54, now play tennis and swim at one of Australia's best Country club with highly educated people that still need to work, it can be done. Thank you Kelly
