Just wanted to share a small view into our ugly world and what humans do to these defenseless animals. This boy was named Cocaine and is four years old and weighing in at only 25.8 lbs he has spent his life tied to a tree. His picture has haunted us all here at Go Dogs, We are very tight for space, but thankfully a wonderful foster stepped forward to bring him into her home. His name is now HERO.
He will have a long road ahead of him, but we have started him on a slow feeding program. He is the proud new owner of a BIG fluffy bed and blankets that were donated earlier! He more than likely has heartworm as well. If you would like to donate to his care, we would be very grateful.

  10. Seriously…wtf is wrong with some people. Thank you so, so much for getting this poor guy safe and on the road to recovery. You can see he has clearly never ever even felt a gentle touch. Heartbreaking. I won't even get into what I'd do to those who did this…I think I'd be in a pretty long line anyway!

  14. More needs to be done about people who do this kinda thing. There should be a Animal police strictly to find scum like that and then any money or jewellery or property they own sold to pay fines and the and the vets fees. This kinda stuff won't stop until that happens. Because they'll know they will be found and have to pay. They Know they can get away with it and there is no punishment.
