The number two clip i dont think thats his missile i re watch the clip again the guy in the deluxo fired a missile at him before he got blown up by the buzzard guy which causes the missile(the deluxo hss the same type of missile as the ruiner 2k does) to make a u turn into the buzzard and blow the buzzard up

24. 4:20 You act like that is anything new!? Do you not realize how broken ruiner/stromberg/scramjet/etc: rockets are? They ALL do that. There is no escape unless you outrun the life of the missile and it explodes mid air. Oppressors have very strong lock too, but not quite as bad as the armored cars.
