19. Loved this video! Moe, I was thinking maybe the red substance in all the toilets is 'anti-freeze'. Maybe the owners were afraid of the pipes freezing up. Secondly, this place may have been housing for employees of a diplomatic mission or embassy, therefore all the mini apartments and the reason why the electric and heating are still working. There may also be a caretaker that receives a salary to keep up the place. The vacuum cleaner trails still show in the carpeting proving it is either 'untouched' since its evacuation or a caretaker still keeping it. It is a shame it will be demolished. It definitely would be a homeless person's haven. Thanks for sharing Moe.

30. i saw all those brooms mops and cleaning supplies and it looked like the carpets were freshly vacuumed or shampooed so that might be why everything looks so good because maybe someone has been cleaning it
