21. What I can see from the video is he gets close to the ship then that safety pin detaches, making the engine of the jetski stop. With no power, he is frantically trying to reattach the pin while getting sucked under. After he reattaches the pin, he gets sucked under. If it wasn't for his jetski he would have been sucked under for good.
