Rescue Poor Stray Dog only Bone and Skins Severe malnourished, Demodex and spontaneous fractures

Initially we thought that she was suffering from very bad demodex and was very malnourished, which she is but so malnourished for so long means it’s really taken a toll on her little body.
She is suffering from a severe calcium deficiency / also known as rickets disease because of this her legs have resulted in suffering from spontaneous fractures (not caused through trauma, just her little legs giving up)
Her left front leg has suffered the worst, after fracturing, it has resulted in mass muscle wastage and this leg, when she is strong enough to undergo an anaesthetic will need to be amputated.
Her right front leg is so severely twisted from both the rickets and compensating for the loss of use in the other leg.
Her right back leg has suffered a fracture at some point and has left her leg looking deformed with the bone protruding/ a callous on her hock bone.
She’s skin and bones. She also has half of one ears cut off.

Poor baby. It's just awful to see her in such a desperate, state and there's two of them on the side of the road. How could anyone do that and just dump an animal on the side of the road? Dispicable.
