2. I have a wolf dog. I have tried since he was a puppy to get him to howl. He will not do it. If he gets excited he will let out one loud, really loud bark, and that is it. I have a pit bull too, he will howl, but my wolf will not. It is very strange. Anyone have any suggestions? I live in the country, pretty much, and he can hear the coyotes howling at night, but he still won't howl. I guess I have the quietest wolf dog ever. Lol!!
