What does it even look like to be a normal human? What does it even look like to train in the gym? Exploring the constant stream of workout fail submissions is like discovering a dark underworld that has no bottom. There’s no end in sight to how weird and stupid these fails can get.
It gets even weirder when people start purposefully trying to go viral by faking workout fails. People are literally purposefully using exercise equipment incorrectly (and risking injury) to go viral on the internet. It’s insane.
This week’s big highlight is a kid trying to do… something on a treadmill. But it just ends in the poor kid getting thrown across the floor. It’s all funny until someone gets hurt. This kid makes it through and it’s worth a good laugh. But who knows what will happen next time.

I've been watching these for a few weeks now and yes, a lot of the content is idiots doing something crazy but I really don't think you should take the piss out of someone trying hard! The first lad…why don't you destroy his confidence before he's even got started?? The dead lifter was just putting everything into, what's he to do, back off in case he ends up on one of these videos? This list goes on from the past few weeks
