the owner has seen this i can see in to future the owner will end up homeless and penny less for doing this nasty thing to a innocent puppy.

It is amazing that you saved this wonderful puppy from the freezing weather. I don't understand why some worthless moster could abandon a tiny puppy like that , but luckily their are Angels like you around to ssve them ?♂️
There's a place in hell for people that do things like this to poor innocent and animals. It breaks my heart hearing that poor fur baby screaming. Thank God you found her.
