Chance was found at Kuwait desert. He was shot in spine as a game. Left to die and suffered a horrible death, till a kind women picked him up. Being their first handicap dog, there was so much to learn. Even the vet learned alot with and about his needs. He under went a sex male full removal. To relocate his urethra. All done in Kuwait. Bless them for trying and saving him
