3.4.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | CAMBRIA HEIGHTS, Queens – A driver is in critical condition after crashing into a tree. It happened around 10 pm southbound on the Cross Island Parkway near Linden Blvd. Upon the arrival of first responders, they confirmed an occupant trapped in the vehicle. They put tools to work and extricated the victim. EMS rushed the victim to an area hospital in critical condition. NYPD’s highway patrol was on the scene conducting a collision investigation.
