?LEMONGRASS STEAMED MUSSELS: Clean the mussels and place them in a pot. Add smashed lemongrass, MSG, water and salt. Cook for 20 minutes

?DEEP-FRIED RED SNAPPER: Clean the fish and marinate with salt, sugar and MSG. Deep fry in cooking oil and turmeric powder for 10 minutes.
