She was just found by animal control dehydrated, lateral, barely hanging on, tangled in grass.She is in very bad shape and we are getting transport to get this poor dog to blue pearl specialty center . She eyes are very busted up and this dog can’t walk. “This is the footage of the ACOs vest camera when he found she scared, tangled in grass … screaming. This will haunt me forever.”
