This pup was found wondering the street crying out loud. As you can see he is pure breed hound which means he is thrown out by greedy breeder because of problems with eyes. Eyes are under infection and eye pressure is sky high so that his eye balls are almost out and he was in lot of pain.
Not to say how skinny this pup is.
