8. This is the most gruesome thing I've seen in awhile and trust me,I've seen alote but all those maggots tons of maggots eating that poor dog alive,I'm just happy and thank god it's a happy ending….

34. That poor dog. Lucky to be alive. Years ago I volunteered w SPCA and two dogs were abandoned on a small island with no food or water. They ate their own feces. Finally rescued, but had to be put down because maggots were throughout their bodies. Very sad. People are disgusting.
