Thank goodness we found him & on our way to the vet. They say people were throwing rocks at him & he wouldn’t even move just lift his front paw to protect himself.
Drs say he may have been hit with a big rock hard on the head which caused temporary paralysis. Like what happened with Dimitri. They also suspect paralysis due to fear. So he freezes when he’s scared he can’t move when he sees people
