Spread The Viralist

Bonobos are apes with a lot of love to give. They have an interesting matriarchal social structure which is run by females and they are very physical and good humoured with each other.

  1. Bonobos are icredible and we as the supposed species could learn a great deal. In fact we could learn a great f=deal from all of nature and maybe then we will only kill to eat and not for fun and even learn to live together as a species rather than as race. By that I mean everyone nothing to do with colour or creed.

  2. Gives new meaning to "soak your feet" around 3:20 -ish… : ) So endearing…
Absolutely, positively, DELIGHTFUL footage & discussion about these MAGNIFICENT animals…

  3. Did you guys hear it? They do not kill each other. Humans do. So clearly bonobos are the one who have a human nature not us. Humans have no love no romantic monogamous love hell no I don't know what this hippie woman was talking about. The majority of men are polygamous look at Islam and Mormon religion why do you think these religions are popular because of the fact that these men get multiple wives. Men are polygamous even in the mind when they are married to one woman they still want to cheat on their wives. Bonobos are more loving than humans period.

  4. "Males don't have to fight for female attention, and with so much physical contact everyone is much more relaxed" (2:57). Now that I think about it, some of the most violent regions of the World are also some of the most sexually uptight.

  5. Other scientists say laughter is a sign of submission, not a sign of wanting to continue as this scientist suggests. It is like a sort of play fighting that can result in a dominance heirachy without the blood. It occurs in other animals, not just bonobos.

I would say this scientist was making stuff up… niave anthropomorphism.
