After watching hours of these videos, I always:
1) CHOCK my front tire of my truck, while backed into the boat ramp.
Don't rely on your transmission's "PARK" or an "Emergency Parking Brake"
2) make sure the safety chain is hooked to the tow eye of my boat, before I pull it out.
Don't assume your trailer winch cable couldn't SNAP at any time.
Lessons:
1) You'll look like an idiot as people gather around and
2) It could become very expensive.
