3:16 strange when the last black car pass the road seems empty but when the car makes the move it suddenly spawn, the gray car comes from nowhere I don't now if it's the quality or its an error in the matrix but I don't see it before the black car how I was saying it looked empty

These videos should be called "Russians in Cars", why do Russians drive sooo bad ? Where did they even get their driving license ? At the supermarket ?
Just out of curiosity, how does the systemin Russia work? Do they have a licensing system the way the rest of the world does? Do they have to take any kind of test before being able to drive? Or is it like like America with guns: you want one, you can get one right away and then just start using it?
