    My brother and I grew up on <Major Northwest US Inland Waterway>.

    We made a few bucks capturing "Rogue Boats."
    We made a lot more money towing boats in that had ran out of gas, stopped running, etc.
    We also retrieved a fair number of boats that had "Forgotten their Bilge Plug™."

    We were Boy Scouts. Who also worked out of their dad's "Sea Scout Handbook."
