23. $1200 is like RM5000 per month, and that is too expensive for average Malaysian

24. Checked on property websites in kuala lumpur in the said area. I have not found any penthouses with private elevator for 1200 USD. Guess, the penthouse was deeply discounted due to the celebrity status of the vlogger. May be the apartment was expecting some public exposure and a Good word of mouth. Nothing wrong with that. But, normal folks like us may not get the same price, if we try to rent a similar property in KL. One should be aware of it before moving to Malaysia..
