This accident happened on 2021/05/01 around 16:41 in Fort Bend County. This lady ran a stop sign and didn’t check on her left-hand side. I honked at her, she just stopped in the middle of the road I tried to stop, but it’s too close. The real distance is much closer than the dashcam shows.
She tried to blame me and said I am speeding, I was driving 25 miles per hour. My insurance company (Geico) ruled me I am the one not at fault. But her insurance company (Progressive) still debating right now – Enjoy watching, be careful on the road!
