6. One thing I've learned watching these videos. If you're going to use a pedestrian crossing in Russia, always take a dog with you Russian drivers always seem to stop for doggies using the crossing ?‍? ?

13. Damn, do they not teach people in Russia to look both ways before entering a crosswalk. Stepping out onto a crosswalk with visibility blocked is just ignorant. Drivers, never, never pass on the right (except for cars in legal left turn lane) and never assume why another driver has slowed or stopped in the middle of the road.

15. Everyone of these idiots that run out in traffic should be charged and held liable for the damages they cause. Just because there is a crosswalk does not mean you just run out in the road. Stop look and listen before you cross the street is something we are all taught. You never cross unless it is safe to do so. I feel sorry for the drivers. Their cars get messed up because these idiots are to stupid to cross correctly.

16. One common thing I'm noticing in this vid are the number of braindead morons who DO NOT look before crossing the screen, apparently expecting drivers to stop for them. While it is true that in some places you are required to adhere to pedestrians, that doesn't mean you don't exercise common sense and look both ways.

29. I have seen thousands of Russian crashes on youtube. It seems like there is nothing else on their minds but to get where they are going as fast as possible. I went to Russia about 30 years ago for a week. If I knew then what I know now…

    0:35 – It's amazing how many assholes believe crosswalks don't apply to them.
    0:55 – Don't blame the pedestrian. But you can be sure asshole cagers will anyway.
    1:10 – Fuck. It's hard enough getting vehicles to stop without assholes like that.
    1:50 – Because a stopped car ISN'T enough of an indication that kids are crossing.
    2:25 – The speeding asshole gets out of the car and blames the pedestrian. Typical.

    Are there too many to put in lights or stop signs? I get that things might be done differently in different countries…but everyone's got to cross a road sometime lol

40. Even though people have the right away to cross, it annoys me that people decide to go last minute/ or expect someone to stop when coming. It’s incredibly dangerous for the pedestrian and the drivers safety.

41. Jesus christ…. What ever happened to looking both ways BEFORE crossing the road?! Combine that and the Russia don't use the brakes to stop – just use another object to stop attitude and you have a recipe for disaster. Then they put those crosswalks in the dumbest places with no stop lights or anything to slow anybody down. Sounds like population control to me!
