APPLAUSE! To both the drivers who stopped and let the pedestrians cross, and to the pedestrians who acknowledged and thanked the drivers. I always wave thanks to any driver that lets me cross safely. Manners and courtesy cost nothing but time effort.
I always taught my kids to say thank you when cars stopped also a wave ? or thumb up ?? or nod of the head
