Something has to be done to save these dogs and it’s the Owners, they have to be punished and made to pay for the people who save the dogs or the ? who have been dumped, theirs no excuse, if the Owners don’t want the dogs anymore, then they should not have got the ?. They will find a better ? and the Owners have missed out on a beautiful animal
