Verna is an angel and we need more people like her. The people who called are wonderful. The people who came to pick this puppy up are so important and gracious about eveything.

I know Americans do not like to pay much tax but maybe you need to pay a little more so the local governments can enact and enforce dog ownership and de sexing laws. I would expect stories like this in third world countries.. In 2020 this type of animal cruelty should not be happening.
