  2. After India an Pakistan separated thanks to Britain, anyways majority of spices are grown in India, after separation obviously Pakistan people couldn't get spices, so what they will state in India they use lot of spices.
    I hope these boundaries don't spoil food culture at least

  6. tacos de sesos aren’t usually made with all the ingredients the chef put in them. they are simply chopped up, seasoned, cooked & served in a tortilla with chopped cilantro, onion, salsa & some lime. but his version looks good ^-^
