In France they let the chicken tails when you buy one already cooked, even in supermarket etc.. it's so good even without much spicies. It's fatty yeah but it doesn't taste like grease, at least not the chicken one. There's a bit of meat and it has so much flavors, so tasty x)

Guys come to the American south particularly African American areas. I grew up eating chicken, pig feet and ox tails. … actually chicken tail is called the “last thing across the fence “ by the older folks… ??
