Tuff laws need to be implemented when it comes to animals as people ( some people), take the animals for granted and I personally have been rescuing animals for 20 years out of my own pocket and it seems the more I rescue the more I come across more. I'm glad I do it and will continue doing it!, however laws have to be stiffer and I'm going to start on that as soon as I get situated.

8. The problem is the law is not apply in this cases. So sad because animals shit and eat the same way humans do.

19. Anyone who has nice cars but cannot put some wood together to give proper shelter to a guard dog, should have fines and the dogs removed. While the humans are safe and dry indoors, they leave a domesticated animal outside and chained to cope with anything that comes. And no coats on in cold??? That poor dog was young. A slave. Disgusting how other peeople have to think of kindness for those who don't.
