17. Anarxi clip, dash cam driver should be 50% liable because they moved back into the lane too fast thereby effectively causing the accident that they had already avoided by moving over a lane. That's one of those situations where you have to think that they were trying to teach the bad driver a lesson but in the process did something that I say is actually worse… If you're going to drive defensively, then always drive defensively regardless of how many times you get cut off, how many times you have someone move into your lane without fully checking to make sure it's safe to do so, and so forth. Road rage is always wrong regardless of how horribly the other drivers are, and you never know which driver is going to come so unglued that they pull out a gun and start firing at you. Your life, your family's lives, and the lives of everyone around your vehicle deserve better than being senselessly killed in a road rage shooting! I really don't care how bad they drive! I care about getting to my destination safely, and if that means that I have to swerve out the way of ignorant (Don't know better) drivers then I'm all about that. After dying twice from blood clots in both lungs, I approach life differently because it is so true that you could be gone tomorrow from any number of causes. So live each day like it might be your last day, because it just might be.
    Antagonizing other drivers after they cut you off, could be the last thing you do on this earth. Is that really so important that you are willing to risk all those lives???

    Thousands of small trucks (under 23 tonnes) of Japanese manufacture sold new as well as JDM imports in New Zealand and Australia, have cardan Shaft handbrakes (drum brake mounted on driveshaft just behind gearbox) which saves manufacturer from having to put handbrake mechanism on both rear drum brakes).
    But finicky adjustment, poor leverage, and having to excessively pull up hard on them, makes these very unreliable.

    Love when people just make shit up because it makes them feel warm and fuzzy. There was no contact even made. It’s just some douche passing on the shoulder.

29. Sigh……….When you are behind the wheel, attempting to get from point A to point B, remember that there are humans out there. It doesn't matter that you're "In the Right". It doesn't matter that you have the "Right of Way". Most humans believe that they are the "Center of the Universe". And that is the way they are going to operate their vehicle. Be the oddball. Be weird. Drive Safely.

36. 0:50 no one ran a red light. If you can’t see that it wasn’t red you shouldn’t be driving because you don’t know what colour the lights are. Both cars went through a yellow. Turning car is at fault because they had to yield.

38. 1:57 cam cars fault. Other dudes a jackass, but cam car could have easily avoided the accident.

39. 0:45 😀 the light was yellow dude, and they failed to yield even if it was a green arrow for them because he was so close to the intersection that it constituted an immediate hazard. The turning driver wasn't paying attention and just assuming it was ok because the lights were changing, it was safe to go which it was not. And I'm not saying that a green arrow doesn't give you the right away. I'm stating that when it just turns green and the cars have not yet stopped moving you're supposed to check which they did not. 🙂
