my friend proposed this way, he wrote will you marry me with a flashlight and had the camera set for long exposer, with her looking at the camera. tho she sneezed missed the preview so he stood there awkwardly waiting for an answer, when she didn't realize he even asked a question. The fact that all the lights had the same design means she moved the camera that way during a long exposer picture

Sorry but I didn't see anything paranormal about this. Dust particles, delayed camera settings or moving the camera at the second of taking a picture. I have seen ghosts first hand, I lived in a house that had quite a bit of activity. What I saw looked nothing like that.
