Missing Dog Rescued From Inside Concrete Wall After 5 Days
Spread The Viralist

Gertie is reunited with her owners after a harrowing rescue. The white terrier mix who had been missing for five days was trapped behind a concrete wall inside a garage in Cincinnati. “We fully expected her to come back because she has run away so many times,” the owners said. Luckily, a neighbor found Gertie, who apparently fell through a hole in the roof of their hillside house into a concrete gap. Help arrived when a firefighter used a sledgehammer to make a hole in the wall to get Gertie out. #InsideEdition

  1. People just have holes in their roofs like it's no big deal? Don't they know how much damage the rain will do once it leaks through a hole like that?

  2. I'm so glad the dog was returned safely, but this story is missing the very important explanation of how the dog got behind the wall to begin with.
