14. what the hell..there are too many idiots who shouldnt own animals. dog is acting like it hasnt eaten for a week.
    i;m against statist confiscations but the evolutionary deal between dogs and humans wasnt to co exist only to be neglected and abused. a few hundred more years of that and dogs will become feral again and avoid humans like a plague.
