Is it possible for a security camera to pick up video feed from another source and dub it in the background? You know like,,when you turn on a guitar amp and pick up radio, or TV stations??? Is it possible that the cameras are just picking up random images and capturing them in this kinda way?

The office said that some of the other officers had reported that they experienced the sensation of someone breathing down their necks…thats the boss man and he wants make sure the job is getting done !!! No such things as ghosts. Im sure they have a good department psychiatrist that can screw their heads on straight.

I've been the owner-operator of a Locksmith & Security company since 1989, and I've sat behind many security monitors in my life, so I'm telling you with 100% certainty that was a bug/moth on the screen.
Video tape is erased and used over and over again. It is just a image from a real person video taped from the past.

Look first of all I kind of believe ghosts could be real. I've had my own experiences that have stumped me. But….here's where this video gets it wrong. First that put a cop in front of the camera. Cops are seen as honest (well except from fringe leftists) and credible. But we have to remember they are ordinary people just like everybody else. Also, I do trust that the video wasn't edited. However, the quality of the footage is very bad and shaky. Somebody easily could have walked through there and the low quality contributed to the shadow figure. Or, simply a bug was hovering in front of it. Or…it was just a glitch camera. Most likely one of those.
