8:00 This reminds me of a case in the U.S., not of collapse but where the entire building had to be abandoned because it wasn't safe. I believe it was a Walmart that they had built on a landfill and methane kept coming up and shifting the land? I think I saw it on a channel similar to Bright Sun Flims where they were doing an urbanex. Anyone remember what I am talking about, if it happened at all?

Very interesting I loved Korea when I went there a couple of years back.
They love cutting costs to "save money" but end up losing WAAAAAY more money after the places implode and the lawsuits hit. Smart…
An outstanding video. My heart goes out for the victim's families.
I'm starting to notice something… Cutting corners doesnt really pay off when it all comes crashing down and those cut corners dont even come close to paying back for all the money a destroyed building and dozens to hundreds dead is gonna cost you. Lesson is: leave the corner cutting to the engineer, whose job it is to make sure the building can still stand once you've cut all the money you can.
