19. This is all fake. They pay and set up ppl to act as if there drowneding just for ratings. They should have a swimming passport to show capability's to swim before letting them on the beach and if they cant show a swiming passport keep them locked under armed guard in there hotel with the bath tub removed of course cuz they might drowned in it.
