Two Feisty Seals Rescued From Entanglement

Two Feisty Seals Rescued From Entanglement
Spread The Viralist

The rescuers from OCN are at Pelican Point, they have split up into two groups. Naude and Denzil are teaming up on the one side, while Tony and Wally approach from the beach side, hoping to spot some of the entangled seals they missed the day before. They are successful – Naude and Antoine both net entangled seals spotted on the previous day. One seal is caught in packing strap, the other one is entangled in some type of white rope. Both entanglements can be removed without complications, the team is happy.

  1. Love watching this happen. Wish i could help. I wonder if the water dogs will ever get used to you guys and become mans other best friend.

  2. I have a question. I am a slow reader, if you have long phrases could you leave them up a bit longer so I don't have to stop the video and wind back to read the message that you put on the screen? Especially if someone is talking and you have the letters at the same time, it is hard to concentrate on reading and listening at the same time.

  3. If an entangled seal makes it to the water, on average how long will the pack stay out in the water? Do you have to wait a few hours or do they come back onto the beach fairly shortly?
I love binge watching these videos. You all do amazing work!

  4. Feisty means they've a better chance of surviving! Great job OCN. I see you've all got some new nets, which looks awesome, especially the zippers which makes it easier to unzip and rezip. The materials look softer and sturdy, being able to hold seals in yet gentle enough without being too abrasive on them. Wonderful improvements!
