It looked like a hit and run,people have no regards for anything theese days people are always in such a. RUSH.
It's now 2018 that I am watching this and pray you get all the money and more to take care of her and pray you never have to beg for money but it will always be there in the bank…not sure what happened to the dog..but do hope she healed without having any limbs off..
Maybe all must be microchipped or fines..that way we can find owners and it will make a person think twice before they abandon them or cruelty to them as they will know we can find them
