I would love to have this dog. In fact there's a major demand over here in Singapore for small-size dogs. If Hope For Paws is able to arrg for escorts for people from US travelling to SG anyway, to bring the dogs here as part of their itinerary, I would be happy to take over and arrange adoptions for them. And do proper documentations, quarantine procedures and home visits, the whole nine yards, etc.
