Train after coffee
There is a widespread opinion among athletes that coffee before training is a kind of a dressing-up. Increased concentration, an appetite for better results, mobilisation of the cardiovascular system, and in consequence the muscular system – this is what the coffee gourmet expects. Just a sip of stimulating espresso and you’re ready to reach ever higher heights of your own performance. Caffeine has a proven effect on athletic performance, and at the same time contributes to burning body fat.
Experts believe that a cup of small black about an hour before training will improve performance and focus during exercise, as well as relieve pain and speed up recovery after training. The amount of caffeine consumed before physical activity does not only contribute to better athletic performance. This stimulant also affects mental health and helps build intrinsic motivation.
Although coffee drunk before exercise has many positive properties and can be considered a natural “pre-workout”, not everyone should consume it before physical activity. The association of coffee with training in healthy individuals is obvious and desirable. However, the perspective changes when we talk about heart problems. The amount of coffee consumed directly affects the increase in heart rate, which will naturally rise during exercise anyway. When consuming a beverage with caffeine, moderation is advisable. Excessive intake before exercise can lead to dehydration or insomnia, as well as blood pressure problems.

The voice used in the film is not the best, but I hope you like it.
Some people come here to laugh and make themselves feel better, while others come to learn and draw conclusions
The film was made for entertainment and educational purposes.
The Narrator in the video uses exaggerations to make it more funny and
watchable.
By watching the video you can draw conclusions and lessons on what not to do at the gym
