11. Many clips on this video clearly demonstrate how things can go bad for a motorcycle rider in a heartbeat or less. The only defense they have is to be extra cautious and to obey all traffic regulations at all times. Yet many of them do the exact opposite and then they wind up at the hospital or the morgue. But they never learn from other riders' mistakes.

22. Many more reasons why I sold my last street bike in 2008. Too many drivers that are distracted and/or in such a big hurry they don't drive as careful as they should.

28. 6:57 She probably did watch the mirror, but she does not know how to properly adjust it. At least 98% of people who have starboard-side mirrors on their vehicles can't adjust them properly if their souls depended on it. Basically, if you can see the side of your vehicle in the starboard-side mirror, you're WRONG. You still have a blind spot. The inward edge of sight of that mirror needs to ever-so-slightly overlap with the right-most edge of the windshield mirror, if you are to have full coverage…meaning you will not see the side of your vehicle, as well you mustn't. The port-side (driver's side) mirror is fine if you see the side of your car in the inward edge. It does NOT work the same with the right-side mirror.

    If you don't believe me, look up the guidance by the NHTSA.

30. for those motorcyclist they need to understand that they only have 2 wheels with narrow grip. I would drive my prius around curves like that and they could not keep up bc they ran the same risk as the motos in the video, going too fast around a corner and going into the next lane.
