The first clip; looks like very big rat or mouse, look how it moves when on fours
The boy with the shadow on the door sliding open I am assuming that the shadow was fake because the boy was looking straight at it when it went by so I called bullshit on that he would’ve reacted to that shadow more than what the door did and he did not see that shadow so that’s CGI going on there that’s just a fucking prank

Final clip, when the door opens, you can see a shadow moving in the light reflecting off the door frame. I agree the kid acts startled, but maybe he didn't know about that part of the plan, unlike the shadow figure??

if you keep looking at the door jam in the last clip you can see something move on the other side of the door way just keep a eye on the door jam and you'll see it I'll see if I can get the time stamp for when it moves and I'll update my comment..13:39
