When a very large hole was found at the base of this building, city management decided to fix it. They didn’t realize that a dog had crawled into the hole before covering it up. A couple days later, a couple people heard a dog howling underneath and began to take immediate action. The man began to remove the stone blocks and sand until the dog’s face was revealed. He slowly pulled the dog out and to his surprise, the dog was pregnant. Luckily – the sweet dog was rescued.

People are stupid
I don't know why I keep clicking on these. On the one hand, it makes me happy to see the dog rescued and have a happy ending. On the other hand, I'll be thinking about dogs being buried alive and NOT being found all day now… Like that video with the dead strays where one or two puppies were rescued… But that didn't stop me from bawling like a baby over the hundreds of unlucky dogs who probably have long since died in misery.
And this is why I rescue and support charities working to better the lives of strays everywhere. I can't handle seeing all these dogs suffering. ;-;

Further, I find it utterly disgusting knowing people simply continued on their way after hearing muffled cries.
God Bless this young Gentleman for having the compassion and wherewithal to act upon the cries, literally saving the lives of the Mother and soon to be born Puppies.
This story was around for a couple years now, by now the Mother and her pup's were adopted out and doing well
