9. Harmful speech, yes, there needs to be a bit more clarity. But VPNs? You can use them, outside of the platform. Now, why would you even want a VPN on Roblox? Is it a virus or malware or a scam website? NO! Then why is privacy a concern.

   You may not know, but you are safer not using a VPN on Roblox than if you were not using one on Discord.
