Oh yay! I was wondering how you missed cheese curds in your (previous) video – I missed that you broke it up into themes. You can't go to the MN State Fair without getting some fresh fried cheese curds. I have gone to Ellsworth Co-op (in a small town about an hour away just across the WI border) where they make all of the cheese a number of times, and they are top quality! You don't get to tour the factory or anything, but the store has all sorts of cheese, meats, etc – from Ellsworth and other local vendors.
Asia is all about exotic food and in USA its all about fats
