  2. I have ALS and a recommendation:
    If you want to do something, do it now 🙂 I dropped from a happy, muscular, fulfillingly-strong 248 pounds to 130 pounds in two years. I went from being able to do amazing things to getting winded walking up and down the hallway one time. It's SO annoying 🙂

    Don't wait.
