26. When they say that they never wanted to make a phone or video call bc it´s out of their confort zone, that should be considered as a valid reason and not something to be suspicious of. Personally, I can´t deal with any type of call bc my brain would just shoot down, it becomes difficult to think, to respond, sometimes even breath, I feel so anxious of saying something wrong or being rude, idk, I just can´t control my nerves to the point it can get to physical struggles and I don´t have a reason of why it happens, it just it is what it is, it´s very hard to control. Sometimes people just have anxiety and insecurities that makes the "normal social things" being extremely difficult to do.
